Food for thought

ARMS has created a new series of workshops especially for the hospitality and entertainment industries. With an emphasis on marketing the four workshops are ideally suited for cafés, restaurants, bars, foodstalls and food outlets, sports clubs, entertainment providers, accomodation providers and cultural tourism operators.

This large sector provides valuable products and services that are also pivotal for the success of other industries like Tourism and Food & Beverage. The sector is dominated by SMEs that vary wildly in the quality of their offering. These businesses are also notoriously unstable. Lack of research and planning, promotional nous and good operational systems,  means that these businesses are ineffective, inefficient and therefore prone to failure.

Our workshops are founded on and grow from first principles so that everyone “gets it”; participants will leave with the know-how and motivation to develop effective business strategies and systems that will enable their success.

The workshops

Each workshop is designed to run for three hours. However they can be combined or customised in any way.
